About taking ipill after taking tb medic

What happens if we take ipill right after taking tb medicine?will the ipill work or not?if it doesn't work what is the reason behind that?can you explain it briefly and this week was supposed to be my period week but nothing is happening.and 2/3 days ago I experienced pms but not a trace of blood is seen.what might be the reason behind this?

Ipills are Medications to induce bleeding but they cannot cause termination of pregnancy if the embryo was already implanted ,hence the failure is possible.
