About symptom of hiv

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I did HIV PCR QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE TEST BOTH ARE NOT DETECTED after 22 days of exposure...And elisa test after 29 day of exposure...Both Negative......from today's morning now I have dry mouth on my left...Can it be symptom of hiv...Is HIV pcr rna test give false result??
