Rigin plus tablet is unlikely to cause Gerd symptoms. If you are continuing to have Gastritis and vomiting  even at 30 weeks and also palpitations and sweating, it is better to get evaluated by a physician (MD general medicine) and a Cardiologist to find out if there is any other reason for your symptoms.
