Hello you May have secondary caries for your same previous treated tooth because its happen after few month so need dental X-ray for same and proper treatment .....

first do a check up if any high point on the filling is there... it usually happens if pressure due to occlusion is on the high point... xray can be done to check if any infection is there.

once the high point is removed. pain should subside in 4 to 5 days...

There may be a high point or caries left underneath the filling. You need to get an xray done for the same tooth.
