Hello implantstion bleeding means slight spotting at time of implantation ,and it ocour in middle of cycle.while menstrual bleeding is after 25 to 28 days of cycle.

The only way to differentiate between the two is blood test bhcg
It does not always happenits less in amount n duration as compared to the periods
