About pregnancy
If we have done the iui exactly at 14 and 15th of the cycle and test result is negative after 16 days of iui. Still is any hope that I will get pregnancy. As doctor a told to test after 14 days of iui . I am getting frequent urination and pain in nipples when touch and getting some abdominal pain and leg cramps all these symptoms are pregnancy or will I get my period as my period is 3rd Jan. Please suggest me

You should not do any tests for at least the date on which you would have got your periods.

These are very vague symptoms nothing specify to pregnancy
You will have to wait till the expected date of periods
Pregnancy test can be done only after a skipped period
