Low AMH means low ovarian reserve.
Confirm it by doing AFC on ultrasound on day 3 of your cycle. You can try medically for a short period of time. It you do not succeed better to go for IVF

you have to confirm the low AMH with scan..
AMH indicate the number of eggs.. the number of follical..
if in the scan you have less number of follical than you can go for IVF..
so do one consultation with IVF SPECIALISTS..
