  4. About power. To wear anti glare glasses?

Hi, I have -0.5 CYL on both right and left eye with 180 axis , so can you please explain this and also is it necessary to get glasses for this power . I'm getting headache right after I start seeing system so is it fine to wear anti glare glasses ?

Yes it is necessary to wear glasses because u seem to be having symptoms of eye strain. Yes , u can get an anti glare coating for your glasses
