About post covid cough after 2 months

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Chest pain in middle and left side of the chest and little cough, cough wasn't earlier from two days its coming, my CBC, D-DIMER, CRP and Spo2 is also normal, should I go for x Ray, my chest pain usually lasts few minutes and comes back occasionally. It's been more than 2 months after covid infection, my discharge diagnosis was Mild Ards, type1 respiratory failure. My chest pain usually in the left chest area and collar bone side middle and left,
