My ovulation cycle is 28days and I started bleeding yesterday again it stopped in the same day evening I actually trying for a pregnancy is this a pregnancy symptoms I have all my periods symptoms heavy backpain and stomach pain.

Have you crossed the due date? if yes then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is more reliable and confirmatory.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
