Good evening doctor, I was taking birth control pills for many years but now I have stopped taking eat and I am getting periods two times in a month due to that I am feeling very tired and unwell so what to do??

Initially when you stop taking the pill cycle may take two or three months to get regulated .So wait and see .Take iron and calcium for your health.Get blood sugar and thyroid and haemoglobin tested

As your age considered, oral contraceptive pill are not good, have ultrasound and one to one consultation will be better
