About my facial skin
My doctor suggest me to use tretinoin 0.025%... first day she told me to keep the medicine on for half and hour... Next day one one hour .... She told me to increase gradually ... But i left cream overnight on  from first day itself .... Today is the sixth day I started to use cream...Is it okay... Or will it cause any side effects.... Pls tell me

If it is not causing any irritation then you can continue for few days, but wear sunscreen and moisturize properly

Application of tretin based creams need to be monitored and would be advisable to follow the doctors prescription as they may have side effects if used for long periods. Tretin is suppose to cause skin sensitivity on application. If you able to tolerate it throughout night then u can keep it all night.
