Your Hemoglobin is low and LDL is high. Eat green leafy vegetables, beet and jaggery to increase iron intake. Additionally Cap Autrin once a day 2 hours after food can be taken for 2 months.
Exercise regularly to reduce and convert LDL in to HDL, the good cholesterol. Avoid animal fats.
LDL is slightly high. Can be managed through diet.
Take Fat Free Diet

Hemoglobin is low for that first we need to identify the cause whether it's because of less dietary intake of iron or because of some kind of Infection or because of minor internal bleeding.
So do the following test :
Iron profile
Stool for Occult blood
Depending on the reports few more tests might be prescribed later to come to exact diagnosis.
For the time being take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and also can take Haem up syrup: 10 ml once daily after meal for 3 months.
