About mouth ulcer
I was diarrhoea. Gastroenteritis .on 7may Medicine on O2 , spizilac , pan40 Stool motion controled. But in mouth new lesion begins.(lips and tongue) Uploaded picture. I am very anxious about the red spot . What is this?

It's aphthous ulcer. You need to continue pantaprazole tablets. And take B-complex with vit c. If the ulcer is painful, you can apply zytee over it
