After 2 months my symptoms completely remove. I am confident now .brain function is ok. Echo - diastolic function normal. Now.

Should I continue?
Then why subclinical hypothyroidism don't treat by endocrinology?

Border line TSH with normal Anti TPO, doesn't need any treatment it needs wait and watch and repeat TSH after 3 months
Yes your anxiety is obvious so get treated with psychiatrist
