My mother is bp patient . She is taking 2tablets one in morning (cilacar10mg), and one night (telista20mg). By mistake she has taken the same tablets both the time morning and night(cilcar10mg). Does she need to take the tablet today morning or need to skip it . Today her bp is 140/80.

Both Cilacar & Telmisartan work for 24 hours Ur MOM has to fix the time EITHER she takes after brushing teeth OR at bed time for the present problem I SUGGEST she takes her next dose at BED TIME in night ( then she will be lying down so her BP will not drop
