  3. About leg pains. My thigh and leg pains?

About leg pains
I have been suffering from severe thigh pains and even not unable to walk properly and steps too...after walking up every day I see sperms in my innerwares which I don't have control on release of sperms during sleep..is this the reason behind my thigh and leg pains?? Please advise me

There is no relationship between night fall n leg pain , still u should consult a sexologist
