Is it normal to have sharp pain which feels like streching in the navel and which radiates in the lower abdomen every time and increases while waking up from bed after 3 days of surgery?

Yup absolutely normal.. the camera port (the largest port ) is usually put in the umbilical area and the fluid collection occurs in the lower abdomen .. so having pain in these areas is normal.. but pain would be tolerable usually and mostly decreases with medicine..if there is increasing pain and not relieved significantly by medication.. consult your operating surgeon again
