Need more details. Are you a diabetic? Any pain abdomen ? Nausea/vomiting?? Gallbladder is like a balloon it being distended means it is full of bile. It is usually distended after a bit of fasting. Just distended nothing to be worried about. But with gall stones, I need more deltas like I mentioned earlier to comment about need for surgery.
