My baby 3 months old, weight at 10 weeks 5.4 kg,
is having fever and cough us crying after feed and after sleep. Is sleepy more. Doctor told he mit get diarrhoea as he cn hear sound.
Doctor gave taxim o cefixime oral suspension, paracetamol flucold drops, levosalbutamol sulphate, ambroxol hydrochloride guaiphenesin drops.
My mother had fever and cold headache vomiting two days back. Shes alright.
paracetamol flucold drops, levosalbutamol sulphate, this dr told three times 0.7 ml. But the medicine box says upto 6 months 0.2 ml max 4 times a day. ????
Written overdosage is risky.
So is the dosage little high??

Any pediatrician give the medicine by calculating the dose per kg weight
And the one on the box is for mean weight for that age
So it depends on weight and content of the drug
if Pcm is 125/1 then the dose is correct
