You can take multivitamin syrup with escitalopram. Don't combine too many types of medications as it will reduce the efficiency of the other drugs and cause physical issues.
Take one kind of treatment at a time and than shift to another if needed. Taking medication which generates alcohol will reduce the effect of antidepressant usually.

I don't understand y u want a medication tht generates alcohol.. U can take multivitamins with escitalopram... Tho allopathy and other herbal medications aren't suppose to be combined.
