To clean ears, which ear drops should I prefer. I don't want to use earsbuds because every time I use them I feel like they are still left uncleaned .

Wax is a natural defence system of the ear. The idea of routine "CLEANING" is wrong. It needs "removal" if troublesome with symptoms of block, pain, itching etc. Ear buds are dangerous. Injuries are common with it.
Better see an ENT specialist for proper management of your problem.
