It didn't suit u .some people get gas n bloated if u like can hv once a week n consumers lot of water n also take ajwain n black salt with water After having it.

After eating chickpea the bloating and constipation can be can be due to a week digestion or not cooking the chickpea properly.
Always remember you should soak all the Lentils and pulses before cooking for minimum 2 to 3 hours so the phytates compound which cause indigestion in your body become inactive.
You can also use a asafoetida (hing) in your cooking process which will not avoid bloating.
And for constipation you can club the chickpeas with lot of fibre that is a salad plate

And take salad with it
And drini enough water 💧
