Hello doctr once I ws hvng vit deficiency so doctr prescribed me to take 5 cynocal 16 injection on alternate days...It hs been 4 mnths again m feelng v.week nd m going to get married aftr nxt wk...can i take dat injection again...m unable to consult doctr offln...kindly help

Better to replace vitamin B12 with foods like milk and cheese...only if ur body cannot take up dietary B12 u need an injection...
