There is no role of CT Value while interpreting a COVID RTPCR report. This has been often stated by ICMR and WHO.  There is a logical explanation to this also. Regarding home isolation one must keep the following things in mind. Red flag signs - feeling breathlessness, saturation going below 93% , feeling disoriented. If fever persisting beyond 5days , cough is persistent, if the individual has multiple comorbidities , is immune compromised patient then hospital admission is mandated.
Next Steps
you may consult with me for your COVID illness.

To my knowledge N gene and E gene have still not found wide publicity and experience in interpretation of the findings, definitely not in young population. I suggest you go to the Laboratory from where you got this report and try to find out the details from the Pathologist there. So far they have been used only for research purposes.

Ct value of gene may decide course and severity of the disease. Risk also depends on the individual's own immunity and other factors like co morbidity. There is no such term like normal value of gene.
Next Steps
Consult doctor for your symptomatic relief and know about warning signs
