Hello doctor,I have 4year old son,he is having cold n cough,for cold I'm giving citrazin syrup,for cough I'm giving ambrodil s syrup,his weight is 17 kgs,how much quantity I should give him

Try giving steam inhalations 3-4 times a day,and paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving in 2-3 days,consult your paediatrician.
