Tested positive for pregnancy, doctor prescribed aspirin 75mg, enoxaparin injections daily. My last abortion cause is blood clotting . After seeing reports doctor said take injection daily, and don't take aspirin. I'm sharing my report please Doctor tell me injection are enough for my case? Or take both aspirin and injection

Both the medicines, Low dose Disprin and low molecular weight Heparin, both will prevent clotting of blood. That means there will be prolonged bleeding.
Your Prothrombin value is already low. You already have a bleeding tendency. Your INR is less than one. That again shows a bleeding tendency . In short, with this report you should not take either of these medicines.
Of course your Doctor is seeing you. He is the best judge.
