About baby weight
My baby is 7.5 month old and her current weight is 5.4 kg and her birth weight was 1.9kg as she was premature baby, born at 35 weeks. My concern is her weight. Is she under weight?? How can I increase her weight? She is completely on breastfeed and started solids also.

For babies born prematurely, we use corrected age as reference. Your baby's weight is adequate. I hope that complementary feeding is started with energy dense foods like khichdi, dalia, vegetable pulav with ghee, along with snacks like banana and mashed potato.

Babies double their birth weight by 5-6 months and triple by 1 year. Follow the growth charts, and not compare to other prime. So your child is well on their way to achieving a good weight and catch up growth. Continue the same mom,ma, you're doing great! As long as she is active, playful ave scheming the surprise milestones according to adjusted age, there are no issues.
