About Anomaly scan
Hii Dr My anomaly scan was done at 17 week 6days.But  I heard that anomaly scan at 20 weeks is more accurate? Is it correct? I was totaly confused. Please give me reply?

There is nothing to worry dear 17-20 weeks is okay
Next Steps
Only if you have gestational diabetes or history of heart disease or previous congenital anomaly in baby or consanguineous marriage you need to take fetal echo at 24 weeks

It can be done anytime from 18 - 20 weeks of pregnancy,  nothing to worry, you are almost 18 weeks...
