I much aware about ADHD.but whenever I go for a psychiatrist they said like u have researched about it and telling us.if I consult any doctor here in practo will they beleive me or understand.becoz it always hard for me to explain my problem.

Hi, I can understand your situation but don’t worry, it is possible that certain signs and symptoms are missed or not understood properly by some doctors. But nothing to be scared of you can see a psychiatrist again on Practo and let us know how you are feeling and probably will find out the best solution which will help you improve your symptoms.
Next Steps
Try to reach out to a psychiatrist there are many symptoms which look like ADHD but I am not a ADHD. And even if it is a ADHD you will get proper treatment here.
