Hello ! I wanted to know a simple thing . I got missed miscarriage at 6 weeks 4 days and by taking medical medications I got it aborted. I got bleeding for 8- 9 days. I visited the doc on 13th day for scan and then doc told me to take overal g for 20 days and also Inosplus, if I m going outside station I can continue overall g for a week or so apart from 20 days and when I will stop the overal g I will get my periods in 1-2 days and on 2nd day of cycle I have to take some blood test amh and all count. I want to know why after abortion doc has given birth control pills. I want to know the reason of it. I have forgot to ask my doc. Can anyone tell me please ?

To regulate your menstrual cycle doctor has prescribed you ovral. After abortion periods can get irregular for some time
