You need to take iron supplements to make up for the blood loss and multivitamins for a month.
You should not be having morning sickness. Please check urine pregnancy test again

Actually 7 days enough to recover from dand c.... No need to take bed rest now start doing routine work... Morning sickness should reduce now if you still have problem seek gynac advice once...
