Abortion can be done by pill.
My period was missed by 21 days and I have took home pregnancy test and that is positive for now I don't want to conceive can it be abort by pill

Please consult a Gynecologist in your area for further management.  As per MTP Act  MTPs are not advised by tele-consultation. If things don't turn out to perfection then you will not know where to go for help.

kindly get an ultrasound done first to rule out any ectopic pregnancy. If No then only go for MTP kit .

Get an ultrasound done to know the position and duration of pregnancy first to rule out the ectopic pregnancy then consult a near by Gynecologist for MTP kit

Consult local gynecologist for the pill. Get ultrasound scan to  exclude ectopic pregnancy.
