Hello . It depends on which hospital. Safe n aseptic.. It is never ok to have an abortion. Especially if it is beyond 6-8 wks. It may be complicated by infection. .Bleeding. .,Incomplete abortion.. The procedure has to be done in a registered hospital with utmost care., by an experienced doctor
