Abnormal cbc
Attached is my father's cbc report that we did just as routine checkup. He does not has any recent infection illness or fever but his platelet and wbc are low.
Vitamin b12 is 198 and vitamin d is 20
Please suggest is cbc suggestive of something serious?
Really worried as according to Google it can be leukemia. Please help me understand next course of action

Please get the blood test repeated.
WBC count is unusually low.
It is better to get a complete Health checkup package from a Multinational Laboratory and consult a General Physician with the report.
