ABDOMINAL PROBLEM
My ultrasound report is "Hepatomegally with fatty liver gread1" and "Pertially distended gallbladder" SGPT, SGOT, bilirubin, alkeline phosphate are normal. But small discomfort small pain & small inflamation at right upper abdomen some time. And I am suffering with anxiety for this matter. And my weight loss 4kg withtin one month, may be the couse high anxiety. Is the problem serious or normal? Please tell me what is the problem and what medicine can use for the same?

Fatty liver is a common problem. Distended gall bladder should be re evaluated to rule out stone sludge etc as cause of pain.
Next Steps
avoid oily foods. physical activity daily is a must. have salads green vegetables fruits. avoid dairy products.
