Asked for Male, 26 Years

Sir, I have mild abdominal pain on the upper right side from past 1 week. The stool is semisolid/liquid. I took medicine from a medical shop for diarrhoea & after that for 2 days it was fine then again it is started now. I eat a lot but i am not getting the feeling of hunger which i used to get previously. I feel m getting weaker One of my friend suggest LiV 52 DS, but still the issue is there.
