Abdominal pain with negative hcg
One day right abdominal started to pain and i noticed spotting, next morning i took a urine test and i recived a very faint line. Next day on 4th week since last period, i took a morning urine test and again faint line, on the same day i went to gynecologist and doctor conduct urine test ( negative), sonography ( no pregnancy anywhere), and hcg ( less than 2.39). Next day it started to bleed and abdominal is still hurting. is this ectopic pregnancy?

When the beta hcg is negative for pregnancy and ultrasound doesn't show any pregnancy there is no chance of pregnancy dear.
