Abdominal pain,weight loss

I have abdominal pain for the last 8 days and also my weight has been decreasing. the main problem is my periods date of this month is passed but i yet have no bleeding.

If your periods are regular and u have missed your cycle... do a urine pregnancy test at home on the kit.. and also u would need to get a sonography done.

Chances of pregnancy is there then consult to gynecologist and do pregnancy test at home or in lab .If negative take tablet for withdrawal bleeding .
