This is d result I get after a scan I did. Bilateral ovarian structure are demonstrated viz Right=39mm/29mmleft -37mm/32mm. The POD are free. Impression Bilateral Ovarian cyst

The management depends on the nature if the cyst , apart from the size..whether the cyst s simple or echogenic.. Do an MRI to know the nature if ultrasound has not mentioned.. Accordingly further treatment ll be decided
