Bilateral ovarian endometrioma
Diagnosed in Nov 2018 with right ovary cyst 6.5cm and left 5.5cm. Started treatment with dinogest 2mg for 2months and dose increased to 4mg from Jan 2019 due to brownish blood discharge with dirty material that continued for about 12days and got controlled by tranexamic acid 500mg. ON 4Feb USG right ovary cyst 4.5cm left 3.5cm. Feb 2019 when dose was decreased to 2mg again bleeding started.Its been 10days. Meanwhile the dinogest is increased to 4mg and also taking tranexamic tab from last 3days. Bleeding has decreased but hasn't stopped till today.Mild to sometimes severe pain in lower abdomen. AMH 0.741. I am unmarried. Not planning pregnancy. Should i continue dinogest 4mg or go for laproscopy? Please suggest

From the details u hv said it looks like u have endometriosis.. I would suggest for you to undergo laproscopic ovarian cystectomy. Since ur AMH s already on lower side..try to get married and conceive fast too
