ABDOMINAL PAIN
I'm having cramping type pain in abdomen,Im taking tab buscogast,its reducing for a while,again its paining..Im also having Vomiting and pain in both ribs..What does Free fluid in interloop bowels mean?Is that the reason behind abdomimal pain and vomiting and lack of apetite?Kindly reply..Im in lot of pain

Inter bowel fluid means fluid between the part of intestine and that free fluid leak out of body and
That generally doesn't present normally so
secondly evaluation should be done to rule out any pathology in the area.
You should take consultation for correct diagnosis and right treatment.
You should take Treatment for present sign and symptom
as follow as
1- Cap Pantop DSR 1 time per day for 1 week before food.
2-Tab Meftal spas for pain after food.
3- Cap Aristozyme 2 time per day for 3 days after food.
4- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity.
5- Tab Taxim 200 as Antibiotic for 3 days after food for infection.
6- Cap Vizylac 1 time per day for 3 days after food.
