Abdominal pain
I have pain on my right and left side of abdominal since few weeks. When I started eating after few seconds I feel my stomach is full So I can't eat enough food At this reason I lost my 7 kg weight in 2 to 3 months I used to go toilet 3 times in a day I don't have any addiction
