Hi i am getting right lower abdominal pain since last month i consulted doctor they told me i have less infection and gave homeopathy medicine. Still less pain is there. Will it cured by homeopathy medicine? Which one is better english medicine or homeopathy medicine pls suggest

There are many causes of abdominal pain like pelvic infections , urine infection ,colitis , calculus etc. You need to consult a physician for examination and accordingly medications can be given An ultrasound will also be needed to support the diagnosis

I don't have any idea of homeopathy.Infection should be cured by only allopathic medicine.Meet to gynaecologist and get examined by her . Start antibiotics to both partners . Local is also effective.No sex for 10 days.Hygiene should be maintained.
