Abdominal cramps with vomits
Since morning having pain in stomach specially after eating has vomited twice in last 3 hours. He vomits as soon as he eats or drinks water .. and is getting Abdominal cramps . What medicine can i give .hes not had any outside food

This is more of gastroenteritis
Just avoid drink too much n wait
Take tab meftal spas twice daily
Tab nexpro twice daily empty stomach for 3 days
