There are a lot of factors causing acidity/ bloating. If it's due to medication you may need to start on ppi like Aciloc RD/ other tablets reducing acidity and some diet changes as well. Consult a Gastroenterologist for further advise.

Avoid spicy food, nonveg, oily food, coffee, alcohol and smoking if any Try to avoid sleep immediately after food especially after dinner
