This is a common v complain. It's called as honeymoon cystitis. You need to empty ur urinary bladder before and after sex as a rule. If u have a full bladder then the penile thrust will cause the bladder to swell and give rise to intense pain. Tab. Meftal 500 can help u but remember to do what I told u
