Abcess on buttock
Abscess that seems to have developed on lower right buttock...felt like a black head or an ingrown hair which I tried to remove using a black head remover but it's turned into an abscess now...it's painful and has grown about an inch in diameter...can u suggest antibiotics to reduce inflammation and or other solutions

Greetings. My sincere suggestion is not to ignore a skin infection in that area. I am not sure if what you meant an abscess is actually an abscess or a furuncle. Furuncle can be managed with antibiotics but if it is an abscess, it might need incision and drainage.
Next Steps
Meet a Dermatologist or a Surgeon to decide the same. Untreated abscesses in this region are notorious for complications including sinuses and fistula. So be upfront and get it treated appropriately.
