A solid mass feel on left lower abdomen
I feel a solid  round movable mass appears  in left lower abdomen and it disappear in between  not associated with pain.This mass used to appears in between when I am fully resting on bed and doesn't appear for long when  I moved my body ,it disappears  .I have bloating abdomen, backpain and irregular bowel habits.Please help me in solving the problem.my menstruation was irregular 5 months back  with heavy bleedingand from last 2 months is regular with 2-3days with moderate bleeding.
