It can be hemarroids, pls consult a surgeon... May rewuire active intervention based on grade of hemarroids and in the mean time have fiber rich diet and stool softener if constipation

It’s hemmoroids Is there any blood associated with stool also. How big is the mass is it receding back after stool or it still persisting outside. Can be treated with medication and lifestyle medication
